Returns Policy
Handmade and personalized items are not returnable. If your item arrives damaged please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item.
For all other returns the item must be in original packaging, unopened and unused with tags still attached. Please contact us by emailing info@pamperedbeasts.com for instructions on how to return your item. Return postage will be at your own cost and non refundable. We recommend recorded delivery for your piece of mind,
Shipping
Due to the nature of our business products from different brands are not always shipped together, however we do not charge extra for postage costs and absorb these costs ourselves. In most cases items are either shipped by Royal Mail 1st/2nd class recorded, by DPD, or by 48h courier.

How long will my delivery take?
UK Mainland
We will try our best to get your order to you within 5 working days following a cleared payment, however delays can happen, especially if an item is custom made!
UK Non Mainland
We are currently not accepting orders outside of Mainland UK.
The process is as follows:
Processing your order
This takes approximately 24/48 hours
Dispatching your order
Excluding custom made orders, or print on demand items, items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of a cleared payment and a fully processed order.
Delivery
We use a variety of methods of delivery which include Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class, and 24/48 hour trusted couriers. We will always choose the best delivery method available to get you your products as fast as possible.
International Orders and non mainland UK.
As standard we don't currently offer international delivery or non mainland UK, however should you still wish to make an order please email info@pamperedbeasts.com and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Will my order arrive in a single package?
Unfortunately not all our products reside in a single warehouse, so you may receive some items in one or more separate packages, as well as separate delivery dates.

UK Mainland
Standard Delivery in Mainland UK (Up to 1.5kg, small items collars, accessories etc) - £3.70
Medium Sized parcels £5.99 (Most dog beds or large orders over 1.5kg)
Large items/parcels (XL beds, or if purchasing multiple smaller beds for example) £9.99
Non Mainland UK
We are currently not accepting orders outside of Mainland UK.
Are you based in the UK?
Yes, Pampered Beasts is based in the UK. At this moment in time our warehouses are all UK based. However should this change, this will be made clear in the product description.
